 Assalamualaikum and hi earthlings☺️😍,
So I decided to make a blog about keep fit for Hari Raya. Ermm...today is Syawal 25th during this month of Hari Raya. And it's perfect time to make a blog. Each year I celebrate Hari Raya and I do it open house. Speaking of, what I want you to do is take your point of journey to enjoy much of traditional food for this month of Hari Raya. Ermm...you know despite of that don't we forget to keep fit during this month of Hari Raya☺️

I actually want to share some practical tips to prevent excessive weight gain. The first tip is to eat in moderation not excessive or too greedy. I also enjoy 'rendang', 'ketupat', 'lemang' etc. But certainly, we need to control. There are 30 days in Syawal month, 10 days in the month of Syawal was hands-off while 20 days I will be sure to control the diet will be better.
Next, when I went to an open house, I would definitely start with a relatively balanced food. Make sure there is a source of protein and good carbohydrates. For example, 'rendang daging', 'ketupat ', 'soto'. In addition, if you want to fast six was also very good practice. Furthermore, ensure less caloric intake from water. Then, if lack of exercise and calories intake a lot, try to help host serving food and help to wash plate also burn calories. If the house is a lot of cars, there is no need to put the car near the fence. Put the car away to save time and burn calories walking activities.
"Fitness is like life the harder it gets the stronger you become". And I think it's not too late to says 'Selamat Hari Raya Maaf Zahir Dan Batin'. So I hope you enjoy this blog. Lots of loves. Bye😍😉

 Collect "Duit Raya"  ^_^

Hari Raya Aidilfitri is one of the most meaningful events for Muslims all over the world. It is celebrate every year in the month of Syawal in Islamic year. It is also known as 'Lebaran' or the day we seek for forgiveness. On the early morning of Hari Raya, when I was young, I will wake up early, pray the subuh prayer than I will put my new 'Baju Melayu' and go to the mosque for Hari Raya prayer.

The rest of the day is spent visiting relatives and friends or serving visitors who come to my house. When I was young, I used to go to the entire house in my village to collect money or we called it 'duit raya'. I used to take this advantages to go all around my village to collect 'duit raya' with my friends. It is a very joyous day for children.
It is my grateful if all the event and activities in Ramadhan and Syawal will keep on. Although the celebration are different between the countries all over the world but the main things is to thank to our God for the winning after a month fasting.

Open House during Hari Raya Aidilfitri

Assalamualaikum, today I would like to share my favourite activities during the month of Syawal. My favourite events to attend during Hari Raya  Aidilfitri are open house. As Hari Raya comes once a year, open house is the way to gather among the family members who live far away, we can share our joy with the neighbourhood and also our fellow friend. Basically, when we said about  open house, everyone must be imagined a various kind of delicious foods 😋 such as Ketupat Palas, Lemang, Rendang, Nasi Impit and many more. With all the various kind of foods and kuih raya, there is no mention of the word "diet" on the day of the festive season in my life hehehe ^_^

However, Malaysia is a multiracial country with a rich cultural heritage. So with this festive, we can tolerate with each other by visiting their house or inviting them to come to our house. This will help to strengthen the unity among ourselves as 1Malaysia. Moreover, the other religious and races can understand and in fact they can learn our tradition festive during the month of Syawal. This will certainly create a healthy and harmony cultural in a country.

In conclusion, the true meaning about open house is about building the relationships, share the joy to everyone and with the coining a 1Malaysia concept to have a harmony and peaceful country with different races towards a better nation. Last but not least, its not too late to wishing  a Selamat Hari Raya Aildiftri Maaf Zahir & Batin. Much love from me and my family to all muslim around the world :)
